Terms & Conditions
PLEASE take the time to read the terms and conditions below. If you are not sure about anything at all then please do not hesitate to contact us on 01803 501 101, we are happy to help.
1. This is a one-time-only offer. If you have been on any sort of promotional on any of the participating resorts previously unfortunately you are excluded from this offer, and once the offer has been taken you are prohibited to any future offers that may be available at any of the specific resorts herein.
2. The certificate entitles you to: 7 nights of accommodation in either a fully equipped apartment, villa, or hotel room for a family of up to 4 people in a participating resort/hotel on a self catering basis and, as a courtesy, a 90 minute PR presentation by your host resort where they will explain the facilities and amenities of that particular resort; and other resorts and services available by the organisation that maybe of future interest or benefit. You are only required to spend 90 minutes which is the equivalent to less than 1% of your holiday time, although should you wish to devote more time, you are more than welcome to do so – we must stress your obligation is for your time only.
3. Our participating resorts have opened this offer to those that fall into the following demographic only: homeowners aged between 25 years and 65 years, married or cohabiting for a minimum of 2 years, minimal joint annual income of £25k. If you do not fall into this category then unfortunately this offer is not open to you. The participating resorts have further terms and conditions which will be ratified prior to confirmation. If you’re not sure then please contact us before booking.
4. If any element of the offer as a whole is not required then this can be opted out of by paying the normal accommodation fee, which will be due when reservation is confirmed.
5. All reservations must be secured with flight details (booking reference, flight numbers, arrival, and departure times), credit/debit card details can be given in the interim (where credit card details have been taken these will be deleted as soon as flight confirmations have been received). Please note that Clever Wookie will at no point ask for any card details, these are taken by the participating resort direct. However flight details may be taken by Clever Wookie, which will then be passed onto the participating resort in question.
6. All reservations are final. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks before arrival; or non-arrivals without prior notification/rebooking of alternative date may be subject to a fee of £350.00 being payable.
7. All reservations are non-transferable, for couples and families both partners must be present on the holiday.
Food, flights, and transfers are not included; there is no obligation to eat at any of our resorts on the holiday although board can be booked via the resort reservation services.
8. Neither Clever Wookie nor any of the participating resort accept liability for any changes, losses, delays, sickness/injuries/deaths accidents or dissatisfaction caused by occurrences or conditions beyond it’s control, for example, acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, government action, law civil unrest, wilful or neglectful acts and/or omissions of any 3rd party or company who are not employed by, part of, or authorised agents of Clever Wookie or any participating resort. We strongly advise that all recipients take travel insurance.
9. All information is correct at the time of going to print. We reserve the right to change the resorts or accommodation with alternatives of same or higher standard.
10. Clever Wookie reserves the right to refuse this offer at any time on any grounds, unless a booking has been secured in which case it will be honoured. You must have your signed Authorised for Promotion Certificate with you at the time of check-in. If any information given to Clever Wookie regarding the travelling party is later found out to be false upon arrival on the participating resort then the full rental fee will be payable to the resort direct by the recipient. Clever Wookie may also ask for additional compensation for commercial indemnification.
11. Acceptance of this offer and confirmation of your travel dates deems these conditions understood agreed to by the recipient.
